Tandoori Salmon

Ingredients

Salmon fillet

Tandoori oil

Asparagus spears

Aioli

Butter

Method

  1. Brush salmon fillet with the tandoori oil ensuring good coverage

  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  3. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and roast salmon marinated side up for 15-20 mins

  4. Boil asparagus in salted water and add the butter to the water

  5. Boil for approx. 4 mins

  6. Serve the salmon topped with asparagus and the aioli
