Mexican Potatoes with  Mozzarella


Pre-cooked potatoes

Sweet chilli sauce


Spice mix

Herb mix


  1. Chop potatoes into wedges

  2. Preheat a pan with oil and fry wedges until crispy

  3. Remove from pan and pat off any excess oil

  4. In a bowl put the spice mix, sweet chilli, salt, herb mix and half of the mozzarella

  5. Add potatoes to the bowl and mix until the potatoes are coated

  6. To serve top with the remaining mozzarella

TIP: Finish dish off under the grill or in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the mozzarella
