Hummus with Crispy Crostini

Ingredients

1 lemon

400g chickpeas

Garlic oil

1 ½ tablespoons tahini

Crispy Crostini's

Method

  1. Chop the lemon in half and juice

  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas

  3. Put all ingredients into a deep narrow bowl or jug with a little splash of water

  4. Using a hand blender or liquidiser blend all ingredients until it becomes a smooth paste

  5. Serve with the crostini's to dip
