Chicken Skewers


Raw diced chicken breast x2


Chicken marinade


Spring onions

Teriyaki sauce

Sesame seeds


  1. Put chicken in a mixing bowl and add the marinade

  2. Slowly add the cornflour to the chicken whist mixing to achieve a sticky consistency

  3. Skewer chicken with approx. 4/5 pieces per skewer dependant on size

  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a tray with greaseproof paper

  5. Add chicken skewers to the tray and roast for approx. 20 mins turning occasionally

  6. Whilst chicken is roasting put sesame seeds on a baking tray and cook on 180 degrees for 5 mins until toasted and set aside

  7. After 20 mins check the chicken is thoroughly cooked and transfer the skewers into a frying pan preheated with oil

  8. Fry on all sides until crisp

  9. Dice spring onions

  10. To serve drizzle the teriyaki sauce, diced spring onions and toasted sesame seeds
